To Ms. Lela's family - I was blessed and honored to get to know Ms. Lela during her stay at Emeritus/Brookdale in Longview. Her favorite visiting entertainer was "Colorado Elvis!", and I felt so sad that she wasn't able to see him on his last visit. Her face would just light up when he came to perform! May God bless & comfort all of you as you grieve, and ease your minds knowing that Lela was loved by so many, and is now secure in the arms of her Lord.

The angels are rejoicing..their sweet Lela is home. Our hearts are broken but we have the comfort in knowing where she is and that we will see her again. I am so blessed to have had her in my life, if for only a short while. I loved her dearly and she will always have a place in my heart.
