I grew up at the Junction, and Arlene was within my circle of friends - probably because her mother and mine (Viola James Willett) were friends. My husband, Al Franks, died November 19, 2014, and memories are still overflowing of death and kindnesses; he is buried in the Merryville cemetery. I have thought of Arlene over the years, and I know she will be missed. I wish kind condolences to the family. Rae Willett Franks
