Obituary of Billie Ruth Manning

Billie "Ruth" Hodge Manning, age 96 of DeRidder, passed away on April 27, 2013. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church of DeRidder for over 70 years. She retired from the City of DeRidder in 1976. Ruth is survived by her son Robert Manning and wife Sheila; daughter-in-law, Keitha Donnelly Manning; grandchildren, Tamara Manning Anderson and husband Bill, Courtney Manning, Brandy Manning, Lacey Manning Bartlett, Whitney Manning, and Kelsey Manning and great-grandchildren, Lauren and Kaitlin Anderson, and Hunter and Jack Bartlett. She is preceded in death by her husband, George A Manning, and son George Allen Manning. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder, La. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder
