I met Valerie through her aunt who is my sister-in-law and her mom Ruth. Such a friendly, warm and loving person. She certainly loved animals. I will never forget the time I went over (I lived across the street from her for a bit) to visit for a minute and she showed me her two new babies corraled in the back of her kitchen...two baby pigs!! They were so small and cute and she treated them just like real kids. She will be greatly missed.

You became a friend during a time I needed one most. I hate that our lives took us in different directions. I will treasure every memory we ever shared, fishing, cook outs, road trips, or just sitting around having a drink and talking. I love you so much and you will forever be in my heart.
