Obituary of Gene W Ready

Gene W. Ready, 81, of DeRidder, Louisiana entered eternal peace on Sunday, August 17th, 2014 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A Memorial Service will be held at Hixson Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA on Thursday, August 28th, 2014 at 10:00am. Mr. Ready was preceded in death by his parents, Lane and Mary Ratliff Ready and two sons, Michael Lane Ready and John David Ready. Those left to mourn his lose and cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years, Goldie Ready of DeRidder, LA; three daughters, DeNice Ready of DeRidder, LA, Elizabeth Miller of Lubbock, TX, and Sally Powell of Odessa, TX; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
