Obituary of Dorothy Pouge Arnold

On October 31, 2014, Dorothy Pouge Arnold, at the age of 69, was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven. She was born on October 17, 1945 in Castor, LA, raised in Bunkie, LA, longtime resident of Fairfield, CA and her last residence was in Deridder LA. Dorothy was a beautiful soul, a loving mother to her children and her children's friends, a proud grandmother and aunt, and a devoted friend. The friendships she made throughout her lifetime and at HS&S were genuine and timeless. Mrs. Dorothy attended Solano Community College in Fairfield, CA and retired from Solano County Department of Health & Social Services. Survived by Mother Rosa Lee Bell (Bunkie, LA); her loving husband Adrian A. Arnold (Deridder, LA); Son Patrick George McGraw (spouse, Dorinda McGraw); Daughter Keli Ferguson White (spouse,Charles White Jr.) all residents of Fairfield, CA; Stepdaughter Adriane Crockett (spouse, Kewin Crockett); Grandchild Patrick George McGraw Jr; Step grandchildren Gary M. Kirkpatrick, Tiauna Kirkpatrick, Charles A. White III; Visitation will take place on November 12, 2014 at 10:00 am at Mount Zion Baptist Church 306 Tulley St. Deridder, LA 70634. The funeral will follow at 11:00 am. Additional services to be held at First Union Baptist Church 200 North Ash St. in Bunkie La. 71322 on November 13, 2104 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow. Service entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder, La.
