Obituary of Beatrice Bass Watkins

A celebration of life for Beatrice Bass Watkins, 96, of Cravens, will be held Sunday, July 1, 2018, at 3:00 pm at the DeRidder Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date at the Drakes Fork Cemetery at a later date.

Beatrice, the daughter of Charles Henry and Maudie Bass was born on January 22, 1922, in Cravens, La. She passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at her residence in Cravens

She is survived by her daughter, Gwen Cryer Jackson and husband, W. D. Jackson III; their children, Shane Jackson and Tina Jackson Potter and husband, Craig Potter, and their grandchildren, Olivia Jackson, Audrey Potter and Lana Potter; daughter, Versie Cryer Berry and husband, Charles A. Berry, their children, Cheryl Berry, Kim Berry Lee and husband, Bert Lee and Douglas Berry and wife, Denny Berry; their grandchildren, Ashlee Brown, Kelsie Lee, Reagan Lee, Skylar Berry, Chase Berry and their great-grandchildren, Aubree Brown and Kyson Nash.  She is also survived by her adoptive daughter, Margie White.
