Obituary of Rheault Jr.

Earnest "Earnie" Girald Rheault Jr, 62, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed from this life on July 23, 2016. Born in Seattle, Washington in 1954, Earnie joined the Army in 1973 and served his country at various duty stations around the world until his retirement from Military service in 1993 at Fort Polk. Earnie is survived by parents, Earnest G. Rheault Sr. and Barbara Ramsey Rheault; loving wife Eva Kolb Rheault, children Linda Russell, James Michael Rheault with wife Syrena, and Tammy Rheault Ponder with husband David; siblings Jerry Rheault, Sandy Rheault - Yeomans and Shannon Shay; six grandchildren Timothy Russell, Danielle Rheault, James Rheault, Amanda Rheault Squires, Emery Ponder, and William Rheault Ponder; his two great-grandchildren Lily Rheault and Cinch Makris; along with countless other family and friends who adored him. Earnie will best be remembered for his love of life and family, his quickness to laughter and his mischievous grin. He was loved by all who knew him. The family will receive friends for a Memorial Service held in honor of the life of Earnie Rheault at 2:00 P.M. Saturday July 30th, 2016 at Hixson Funeral Home – DeRidder Chapel, located in DeRidder, Louisiana. Arrangements entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home – DeRidder Chapel.
