Susie O. Carpenter Magararhan, 90, of Hudson, FL passed away December 17, 2010. Susie, formerly of DeRidder had lived in Florida since 1992. She had worked as a convenience store manager for Circle K for 8 years. Visitation will be Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder with Pastor Tim Bergen officiating. Leaving to cherish her memory are her husband, Frank Magarahan of Hudson, FL;sons, Thomas Carpenter of Port Richey, FL, James Carpenter of DeRidder, LA, Ronald Carpenter of Lake Charles, LA; brothers James Fuller of Columbus, MS, Billy Fuller of Columbus, MS; sisters, Kay Wolverton of Livonia, MI, Mary Gillespie of Columbus, MS; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
