Obituary of Larry Ellis Buxton

Larry Ellis Buxton, age 52, passed from this Life on December 2, 2016 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Larry was born in Houston, Texas, however he lived a large portion of his Life in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He loved to ride motorcycles, drive big trucks and working on his pride and joy (his van) as often as he could. Larry liked car models and listening to rock and roll on his headset. During his spare time Larry also enjoyed wood working, playing the harmonica and reading his Bible. Larry is preceded in Death by his Mother, Callen Jean Perron. Those left to cherish his memory is his Father, Ellis Buxton Jr. of Owasso, Oklahoma. Larry is survived by his loving Wife, Tammy Buxton and his dog Sissee of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, one Brother, Michael Todd Buxton from Lake Charles, Louisiana, four Sisters, Debra Brown, Sharon Thibodeaux, Laura McDonald all from Lake Charles, Louisiana and Donna Guidry of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Larry is also survived by one Aunt, Elwanda Fontenot of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Larry is also survived by Fourteen Nieces and Nephews as well as Twenty one Great Nieces and Nephews. Larry will greatly be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will take place Friday, December 9th, 2016 from 5-9pm at Hixson Funeral Home, DeRidder, Louisiana. Funeral Services for Larry Ellis Buxton will be held Saturday, December 10th, 2016 at 10am at Hixson Funeral Home, DeRidder, Louisiana. Interment to take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, DeRidder, Louisiana.
