Marlene S. Nelson, 78, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 in Lake Charles, LA. She is survived by her son: Richard W. Nelson Jr. of Orange, Tx, Randall Nelson and wife Junya of Saipan, Japan; Daughter, Jaclynn S. Nelson Wehr of DeRidder, LA; Sister, Dorothy Ford of Stevens Point, WI; Grandchildren: Jarrod W. Wehr and Grace M. Wehr. Marlene is preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Nelson Sr,; sister, Marian F. Marino; Parents, Martin Fuglsang and Maria Gebhardt Fuglsang. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2011 from 4:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m at the Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA. Cremation will follow.
