Obituary of Scott Montgomery

Shawnique Kimvette Scott- Montgomery, age 33, of DeRidder, La. passed away on Wednesday January 11, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La. Mrs. Montgomery was born on June 2, 1978 to Douglas and Shirley Scott in DeRidder, La. She was employed by Westwood Manor Nursing Home as a Dietary Aide. Mrs. Montgomery will be loved and missed by all who knew her. She was survived by her husband, Anthony Ramon Montgomery of DeRidder, La. Daughters, Victoria Alexandria and Asia Marie. Sons, Claude Dominique, Tyler Joseph, Reginald Blaine and Tristen Douglas. Sisters, Kimberly (Muhammed Ali), Charvette Scott, Velvit Scott, Danieal (Adrian Brown), Kantrece Scott, Krystal (Anthony Almas) Leolalicia Scott, LaShawnda (Tyrone Willaims). Brothers, Reginald Thomas (Vanessa) and Douglas Scott Jr. Mrs. Montgomery was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Shirley Scott and her brother Ralph Edward Thomas. Visitation for Mrs. Montgomery will be Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 8:00 am until service time at 11:00am at the Star Of Bethlehem Baptist Church in De Ridder, La. Pastor Charlie Fields will be officiating. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, La; under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder, La.
