Obituary of Paul R Richmond

Paul R. Richmond, age 82, of DeRidder, La. passed away on April 20, 2012 at Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder, La. Paul was born on September 30, 1929 in DeRidder, LA. to the late Harvey and Pearl Richmond. Paul was a truck driver for the International Paper Company. He loved to farm and be a great paw-paw. He was a wonderful husband and father. Paul will be loved and missed by all who knew him. Paul was survived by his wife, Wilma (PeeWee) Richmond and one son, Russell Richmond and his wife, Bonnie of DeRidder, La. He was also survived by two grandchildren, Russell "Wayne" Richmond Jr. and Missy Davis, and five great-grandchildren, Leah, Stephen, and Brooklyn Richmond, and Cade and Collin Davis. Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Harvey Henry Richmond Jr. and his sister, Francise Slater. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 4:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder, LA. Services will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 2:00p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, LA. Frank Hensley Jr. will be officiating.
